Congratulations to the following organizations, which have received Gospel Fund grants to support their missions.

All-Africa Conference: Sister to Sister
$5,000 to support educational and enrichment workshops for religious women in indigenous communities in six African countries

Catholic Mobilizing Network    , Washington, DC
$3,000 Contribute to a salary of a sister to mobilize religious women for the Catholic Church’s pro-life stance against the death penalty

Corazon a Corazon, Blue Island, IL
$1,000 to purchase twenty licenses for the Rosetta Stone software

Dawn’s Place, Philadelphia, PA
$5,000 tp provide 24-hour residential care for women who have experienced sexual exploitation

Heart’s Place Services, Inc., Baltimore, MD
$5,000 to buy food for weekend backpacks to feed families of school children

The Immigration Outreach Services, Baltimore, MD
$4,000 to contribute to transportation expenses and support staff stipends for adult English classes

Congregation of the Lovers of the Holy Cross of Hanoi
$1,000 to support a two-day psychosexual educational program for teenage girls in Hanoi

Maryknoll Association of the Faithful, Inc.
$5,000 to help to design and install an irrigation system in the Altiplano region of Bolivia

Notre Dame Learning Center, Rochester, NY
$1,000 to support ongoing operational expenses, a children’s summer enrichment program,and initial expenses for an additional tutoring site

“Outreach to the Poor,” Bridgeport, CT
$500 to donate to a parish Thanksgiving and Christmas Project for the local Latino community

Priestly Fraternity of St. Michael School of Peru
$5,000 to fund teacher salaries, maintenance of buildings, scholarships for low-income families, and the recovering of educational materials lost in a fire

Sacred Heart of Jesus – St. Patrick, Baltimore, MD
$2500 to offer religious education fees to low-income Latino families
